How does AmeriCare Alliance select home care, companion care and senior caregivers?
All of our caregivers have gone through an extensive screening process including a driving and criminal background check, as well as reference checks and face to face meetings with the franchisee.
Can I choose the senior care, companion care or home caregiver?
Yes, we will send up to 3 caregivers; you can choose the one with whom you feel most comfortable.
What kind of home care and senior care services do you provide?
Companionship, light housekeeping, transportation, bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and maternity assistance.
Is it possible for your caregivers to provide assistance in nursing homes or assisted living facilities?
Yes, our caregivers can provide a variety of chores or companionship to residents of assisted living facilities.
How quickly can senior and home care services be provided?
Generally services can be provided within a 24 hour period and often the same day.
Do you provide short term home care or long term home care?
Our caregivers are available 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week. Both short term care and long term care is available.
Will I have a protected territory?
Your territory will be the entire market area around your office, which is usually defined by Metropolitan Statistical Area or by county. We grant the largest territory size of any home care Franchise.
